By purchasing or using a ticket through Tonight Ibiza, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Ticket Validity
* All tickets are valid only for the event, venue, date and time stated on the ticket.
* Entry is subject to venue capacity, venue rules and local licensing laws.
* Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
1. Age Restrictions
* Most Ibiza venues operate an 18+ policy.
* Valid physical photo ID may be required upon entry.
* No refunds will be issued for failure to provide valid identification.
1. Refund Policy
* All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled.
* No refunds will be given for:
* Late arrival
* Refused entry due to intoxication or behaviour
* Failure to comply with venue rules
* Change of personal plans
* If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed in line with the organiser’s policy.
1. Event Changes
* Line-ups, set times, venues and event formats may change without notice.
* Such changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.
1. Ticket Delivery
* Tickets may be delivered digitally through the app, email or QR code.
* Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct.
1. Fraud & Resale
* Screenshots, duplicated tickets or unauthorised resale may result in invalidation.
* Tonight Ibiza reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
1. Entry Responsibility
* Final admission decisions are made solely by venue security and management.
* Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry if venue rules are breached.
1. Liability
* Tonight Ibiza acts as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for:
* Lost items
* Personal injury
* Transport issues
* Venue operational decisions
* Third-party conduct
1. Cash Ticket Collection / Outlet Terms
* Cash reservations are time-sensitive and may expire if not collected within the stated timeframe.
* Selected cash outlet locations are independent businesses partnered with Tonight Ibiza.
* Availability of cash tickets may vary.
1. App Usage
* Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity or abusive behaviour may result in account suspension or blocked purchases.

* All purchases made through external links are subject to the third party’s own:

1. Pricing & Availability
* Prices, ticket availability and event details may change without notice.
* Tonight Ibiza is not responsible for inaccuracies displayed by third-party providers.
1. Refunds & Disputes
* Any refund requests, disputes or chargebacks relating to affiliate ticket purchases must be handled directly with the external provider.
1. External Website Security
* Users proceed to external websites at their own discretion.
* Tonight Ibiza is not liable for:
* External website downtime
* Payment failures
* Fraudulent activity outside its platform
* Third-party technical issues
1. Affiliate Relationships
* Tonight Ibiza may receive commission or referral fees from selected external partners.
* This does not affect the ticket price paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
1. Event Responsibility
* External organisers and venues remain fully responsible for event operation, entry policies, health & safety and customer service.
